School expenditures continue to increase, and boards are demanding both greater accountability of outcomes and greater prudence in the use of funds.  This session will outline how these cost patterns can be analyzed and changed in such a way as to create "win-win" outcomes for both school personnel and constituents. This can be achieved by creating the opportunity for a constructive dialogue at each school about a potential paradigm shift in compensation and benefit practices, workload patterns, income generation opportunities and expense controls.  Without considering such possibilities some schools may be faced with spending cuts, reductions in force and/or potentially unsustainable increases in tuition and costs.
